MD Case Management
As a patient of ABC Medical Group, you will begin by receiving a thorough, comprehensive examination by a medical doctor specializing in emergency medicine. Your doctor will then discuss your treatment options with you and together you will decide on your ideal plan of care.

Orthopedics
Orthopedics is a branch of surgery devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries to the musculoskeletal system, including bones, joints, ligaments, muscles and tendons. Orthopedists treat traumatic injuries to bones, disturbances in joints such as sprains, torn cartilages, or strained ligaments; and inflammation of connective tissues such as bursitis, myositis, and tendonitis. They also treat back problems, foot problems, and neck disorders such as strains or arthritis. Should you sustain any injuries or medical problems of this nature, Dr. Nadler will devise a treatment plan that will optimize your chances of a complete recovery.

Independent Medical Examination (Level II Accreditation)
We offer non-biased independent medical examinations by licensed Medical Doctors with Level II Accreditation by the Colorado Division of Worker’s Compensation. Impairment ratings, opinions on causality, and case review are services offered.

Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy is utilized, most importantly, to provide strength, flexibility, range of motion and function to the musculoskeletal system. After your initial consult with a ABC Medical Group physician, you may be scheduled with a physical therapist within our facilities. A licensed physical therapist will examine your injuries and implement and individualized plan of rehabilitation. An acute or recent injury may at first require gentle passive therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation to promote tissue healing and pain relief. Ultrasound, moist heat, and gentle massage is also utilized to help recover from a soft tissue injury.

An important aspect of physical therapy is developing strength and endurance to allow for improved mobility, function, and a rapid return to work or sport. Additionally, the physical therapist will work with you to improve the biomechanics and movement patterns of your joints, limbs, spine and overall person. A final phase of rehabilitation is training on a home exercise program, as well as education on injury prevention.
